1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ZenPacks website and placing orders with ZenPacks Pty Ltd (ABN 24 749 211 917), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. About ZenPacks

ZenPacks Pty Ltd is an Australian company operating from Wetherill Park, NSW 2164. ABN: 24 749 211 917.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including in cases of pricing errors. Minimum order quantities apply to certain products as indicated on product pages.

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering unless you have an approved wholesale account with payment terms. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer (EFT), and Afterpay where eligible. Approved wholesale account holders are subject to the payment terms agreed in their account agreement.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by freight carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged goods within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee. Goods that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded subject to notification within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We do not accept returns on custom printed packaging once production has commenced. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of approval.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. Compostability certifications are held by the relevant manufacturers and are subject to renewal. Customers are responsible for verifying products are suitable for their intended use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of ZenPacks Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ZenPacks Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
