Shipping - Sydney Metro

Free delivery on orders over $150 to Sydney Metro. Orders under $150 incur a flat $15 delivery fee. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days are typically dispatched same day.

Sydney Metro delivery zone includes: Sydney CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Western Sydney, South Western Sydney, and the Illawarra region.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged goods in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return freight is at the customer's expense, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please:

1. Take photos of the damaged items and packaging.
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact page.
3. Include your order number, photos, and description of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund. Custom printed packaging returns are not accepted once production has commenced.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without charge. Once dispatched, the returns policy applies. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number to cancel.
