Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the supply of products and services by Zenpacks ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") to the customer ("Customer", "You").

1. Ordering

  • 1.1. You can place orders for products ("Products") by submitting a purchase order ("Order") to Zenpacks. Orders can also be made via telephone, with confirmation upon delivery.

  • 1.2. Product availability is subject to the ability of Zenpacks' suppliers to provide adequate quantities and types of products.

  • 1.3. For home deliveries, you authorize Zenpacks to leave goods in a safe location if you're unavailable. You're responsible for the safety of the products once delivered.

  • 1.4. Special care should be taken with certain products, such as PLA cold cups and straws, to avoid heat damage if left unattended outdoors.

2. Payment

  • 2.1. Product prices are as indicated in Zenpacks' current pricing information at the time of ordering. Additional costs such as freight and insurance will be specified separately.

  • 2.2. Zenpacks reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

  • 2.3. Invoices will be issued by Zenpacks specifying the amounts due and payment terms.

  • 2.4. Payment must be made in full in advance of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • 2.5. Zenpacks may impose interest on overdue amounts at a specified rate.

  • 2.6. Customers are responsible for reimbursing Zenpacks for expenses incurred in recovering overdue amounts.

 

3. Cancellation Charges

  • 3.1. Customers may be liable for cancellation or rescheduling fees imposed by Zenpacks' suppliers if orders are canceled.

 

4. Returns and Credits

  • 4.1. Products may be returned for credit within a specified period, subject to certain conditions.

  • 4.2. Customers are responsible for return freight costs and may be subject to restocking fees.

  • 4.3. Damaged goods must be reported within a specified timeframe for assessment.

  • 4.4. Returned products must be unopened and in resalable condition.

 

5. Warranty

  • 5.1. Zenpacks warrants that supplied products are fit for purpose.

  • 5.2. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at the customer's preference.

 

6. Risk and Title

  • 6.1. Ownership of products remains with Zenpacks until full payment is received.

  • 6.2. Zenpacks reserves the right to repossess products in the event of non-payment.

 

7. Indemnity

  • 7.1. Customers indemnify Zenpacks against losses arising from any claims related to the products or services.

 

8. Termination of Contract

  • 8.1. Zenpacks may terminate the contract immediately in the event of customer breach or insolvency.

 

9. General

  • 9.1. These terms constitute the entire agreement between Zenpacks and the customer.

  • 9.2. Disputes will be subject to mediation or court proceedings in New South Wales.

  • 9.3. Zenpacks may subcontract obligations.

  • 9.4. Quotations are not offers and may be withdrawn or altered.

  • 9.5. Customers agree to the disclosure of credit information to credit reporting agencies.

 

10. Notice of Disclosure of Credit Information

  • 10.1. Zenpacks may provide credit information to credit reporting agencies as permitted by law.

  • 10.2. Information shared includes identity particulars, credit application details, and payment history.

  • 10.3. Customers consent to the exchange of credit information for credit assessment purposes.

 

These terms govern the supply of products and services by Zenpacks to the customer, and by accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
