Know the Details of Your Free Sample Request

Eligibility
Free samples are available to new and existing customers. You may request up to five (5) free samples of Zenpacks' products.
2.
Shipping Fee
While the samples themselves are provided at no cost, a non-refundable shipping fee of $15 will be applied. This fee covers the cost of shipping and handling.
3.
Shipping and Delivery
Samples will be shipped based on your location. Delivery times may vary depending on your address and local shipping conditions. Zenpacks is not responsible for any delays or issues that occur during shipping.
4.
Request Limit
Each customer is limited to one free sample request per address. Additional requests may be subject to review and approval.
5.
Product Availability
Sample availability is subject to stock and inventory levels. Zenpacks reserves the right to substitute a similar product if the requested sample is unavailable.
6.
Usage
Samples are provided solely for evaluation purposes. Redistribution or resale of samples is prohibited.

Cancellation and Changes
Once a sample request has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your request.
