Refund Policy

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS:

  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are not in their original condition or that show signs of wear or damage.

  • Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 21 days of receiving the product(s). Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Valid Reasons: Refunds may be issued for the following reasons:

    • Product defects or damages upon receipt

    • Incorrect or incomplete orders

    • Dissatisfaction with the product(s) received

Please note that refunds will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind or preference, unless otherwise specified in our return policy.

REFUND PROCESS:

  • Contact Customer Service: To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team at info@Zenpacks.com.au. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) to be refunded, and the reason for the refund request.

  • Return Authorization: If your refund request is approved, you will receive further instructions, including a return authorization (RA) number and the address for returning the item(s). Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged and include the RA number with your return shipment.

  • Return Shipment: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the refund is being issued due to product defects or errors on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 2-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Restocking Fees: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or for excessive return requests.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

    • Customized or personalized products

    • Clearance or final sale items

    • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Damaged or Lost Returns: Zenpacks is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend obtaining shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping method for returns.
